A sort of Fagen-ish sardonic remebrance of a moment by the sea. I was sitting around while some "surprise" event was going on slightly up the beach. The US Air Force was doing its best to annoy us all with hugely loud fly overs. The one beings have much fun were the seagulls having an absolute blast with the air currents and the desserted junk food.
